To practice Yoga Nidra, rest in a quiet room on your back in a reclined position (savasana) with your eyes closed. This program is an ideal introduction to Yoga Nidra. It begins with an in-depth lecture on the technique of Yoga Nidra, including the important role of intention in maximizing the benefits of Yoga Nidra practice.
